Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and cozy with great amenities. Extremely walkable location which was nice because it was freezing outside and it took no time to reach the shops and restaurants Would love to stay again to take advantage of outdoor spaces in warmer weather. Pictures were accurate. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Comfy bedding and pillows. Plenty of towels and blankets.

Wonderful vacation with my family. House was perfect for our group. Open spaces with the ability to separate, if needed. Perfect location, well equipped, accommodating, quiet; met all of our needs. We will definitely be back.

Wow. really nice place. Beds and linens clean and comfy and warm! And lots of extra linens in closets. Kitchen well supplied! Would like to have spent time outside on front and or back porch, but too cold. So easily walkable to all shops, restaurants, coffee. Really, right there. And the town closes down at 5 pm so really quiet, PM and AM! Would stay again if in the area!! Owner very conscientious about her property, which is nice. but really had no problems!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — right in the middle of everything but still peaceful and quiet. We needed to book at the last minute and Robyn was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful, exactly as described, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay! Robyn was awesome to work with. The location couldn't be any better, you are right in the heart of downtown. Big perk is the private off street parking, no worries of hunting for a spot. We weren't able to use the sauna, we didn't have time, but what an awesome perk. The house is adorable and was perfect for our big family group! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. House was very clean and spacious. Location was a great spot downtown and close to all the venues. Would definitely stay here again if coming town to Nashville. Robyn was very responsive and friendly. Had a great stay!

We have zero complaints. The location was fantastic central in the incredibly small town. I don't think anything was more than a five minute walk away. The pictures in the listing were accurate to what greeted us. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again. We were surprised with the addition of the sauna from the time we booked to the date of our check-in. It was a very pleasant surprise. Robyn was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a Nashville stay!

This beautiful home is probably the best house we have ever stayed at. And between the 7 of us, we’ve traveled to many spectacular places! The host thought of everything - the house is incredible! And the location is another fantastic aspect of the house. Our day on Saturday was about 67 degrees so our group sat on the gigantic comfy porch, sipped a fun drink and watched the fall trees, the bustling people and brown county trolley. The beds/bedding were dreamy. The whole bean coffee and grinder helped us jump start our mornings. And the whole house was roomy, clean and perfectly accommodating. The host did such a beautiful job at combining new with historic. She recently added a sauna which we didn’t get to try but maybe next time. Every house rental after this will have big shoes to fill - I hope to visit again someday!!!

We had a wonderful stay! My husband and I brought my 80-something-year-old father for a fall getaway. The home has been beautifully renovated with modern comforts without sanitizing its historic charm. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. The location was unbeatable: close enough to walk everywhere in downtown Nashville, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We hiked Brown County State Park, biked around town, and explored shops and restaurants just steps from the porch. If you love people-watching, grab your favorite drink and settle into the comfy front porch... a perfect perch. Inside, everything we could have needed was thoughtfully provided, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area perfect for unwinding after a day out. And bonus points for the local Tinker Coffee, such a nice Indiana touch and perfect to start the morning. The hosts’ Midwestern hospitality definitely shines through. Highly recommend this gem for its charm, comfort, and location.
